Abstract

Keywords: Speaking, CCG game, Recount Text. Speaking is considered as an important and main factor for people in learning a language. And also speaking is a complex skill which involves an interaction between the speaker and the listener in an active process. In speaking there five components such as : pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, grammar. Usually, In the school the student can meet their teacher or their friends and can retell about their experience. Now the researcher makethe material recount text. Because the recount text is a text which retell about the sequence of events or past experience with the recount text can help the student to retell their experience to friend and can add their vocabulary. Usually, the student can bored when the study becausetheir not understand with the material or their not interesting with the speaking skill .Teacher apply some strategy to make students easier to understand the materials and with the strategy can make the student to more enjoy when their study English with use the strategy because the way is game very easy and make the student very funny and the student can understand with the material what the teacher give.The crisscross method is a method is very simple, purely combinatorial method, technique can used by teacher in teaching and learning process for making new innovation by creating some exercises according to the students need. Now,the research was conducted at SMPN 3 KAMAL which there are eight class and in VIII class there are 24 student. For this sample especially the student VIII B and VIII F. when the researchergive a material with no strategy there are many student not understand or bored with the material. When the research make the CCG technique the student become interesting and very enjoy because this technique very easy and the student can improve their speaking skill and can add their vocabulary. The student very funny and understand what the researcher give.
