Abstract

Abstract The position of women who are always at the back seems to make women angry. The spread of studies discussing women's issues is more common than the emergence of issues discussing men. This tendency arises because women's lives are always considered unique so that they always become stressful in various aspects of life. This researcher carried out data analysis by describing all sentences that refer to the problem formulation in the novel La Barka by Nh Dini to meet the needs of women's research objects. experiencing difficulties in procreating, makes the woman have to prepare for the destruction of the household which ends in divorce. Based on the results of data analysis and research discussion on the Representation of Patriarchal Cultural Identity towards Women in the Novel La Barka by Nh Dini. Researchers can conclude that the dominant social criticism includes (a) the representation of women in patriarchal culture in the novel La Barka by Nh Dini, (b) the form of patriarchal culture in the novel La Barka towards social life.
