Abstract

Tourism is an activity related to recreation and tourism. Tourism has an important role for the country to improve the economy of the country and also the region. Bangkalan has a variety of tourism which is managed by the village. One of them is Long Geledhek which is in Mertajesah village. This tourism is still in the development stage. The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for developing projects in the Long Geledhek tourist attraction. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, SOAR is the theory used in this research. SOAR focuses on using a company's strengths and opportunities to generate aspirations and explore problems, deficiencies, weaknesses and threats. The result of this research is the development of a strategy through the SOAR analysis stage which is used to identify each SOAR variable in Long Geledhek including analysis of internal and external factors. Analysis. Through this it is known that there are opportunities that can still be exploited and strategies that can still be implemented so that tourism continues this reaches the optimal point. Long Geledhek has also implemented several strategic innovations.
