Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the business world is developing very rapidly, one of which is the business in the field of multiplication. The increase in the number of businesses of a similar nature has resulted in increasingly fierce competition and also resulted in the emergence of new businesses. So to deal with such a situation, entrepreneurs must be able and quick and responsive in making decisions so that the business they establish can develop properly. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence service quality, price, and location have on the number of customers at the as-salam store. This research is a quantitative research. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling with incidental sampling technique. The number of samples is 60 respondents. The research instrument tests are validity, reliability and normality tests. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables consisting of service quality, location and price are only service quality and price variables which partially affect consumers' repurchase intention at fishing shops, while location variables partially do not affect consumers' repurchase intentions at fishing shops. . But simultaneously the variables of service quality, location, and price have a positive effect on consumer repurchase intentions at the As-salam store.
