Abstract

ABSTRACT ABDURROFIK SYAIFUL YANTO.2024. "Analysis of the strata norms of Ingarden's romance, a pair of lovers at the peak of drunkenness by Aslan Abidin." Thesis. Supervised by Rozaki M.Pd. Department of Indonesian Language and Literature, STKIP PGRI BANGKALAN. Key words: Analysis, sound, objective statement. This research aims to analyze the poem Kekasih di Puncak Mabuk by Aslan Abidin using the normative strata theory approach proposed by Roman Ingarden. This theory views literary works as a layered structure consisting of various norm strata, namely sound strata, meaning strata, object strata and world strata. Through this analysis, the researcher tries to explore how each strata of norms in the poem interact with each other and contribute to building the overall meaning of the poem. At the sound level, researchers identified the use of rhyme, rhythm and alliteration which strengthens the musical impression in poetry. The strata of meaning are examined through analysis of the key words and symbols used, which direct the reader to the deeper meaning related to the theme of love and loss. Object strata involve representations of characters and settings that function as a medium for conveying emotions and moods in poetry. Finally, the world strata explains how this poem constructs a distinctive poetic reality, in which the feeling of being lovesick is central. The results of the analysis show that each norm stratum functions synergistically to create a deep and complex aesthetic experience for readers. This research contributes to understanding the depth of meaning and internal structure of the poem Kekasih di Puncak Mabuk, as well as offering new insights into the application of Roman Ingarden theory in the analysis of contemporary Indonesian literary works. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis puisi Kekasih di Puncak Mabuk karya Aslan Abidin dengan pendekatan teori strata norma yang dikemukakan oleh Roman Ingarden. Teori ini memandang karya sastra sebagai sebuah struktur berlapis yang terdiri dari berbagai strata norma, yaitu strata bunyi, strata arti, strata objek, dan strata dunia. Melalui analisis ini, peneliti berusaha menggali bagaimana setiap strata norma dalam puisi tersebut saling berinteraksi dan berkontribusi dalam membangun makna keseluruhan puisi. Pada strata bunyi, peneliti mengidentifikasi penggunaan rima, ritme, dan aliterasi yang memperkuat kesan musikal dalam puisi. Strata arti ditelaah melalui analisis kata-kata kunci dan simbol-simbol yang digunakan, yang mengarahkan pembaca pada makna mendalam terkait tema cinta dan kehilangan. Strata objek melibatkan representasi tokoh dan latar yang berfungsi sebagai medium untuk menyampaikan emosi dan suasana hati dalam puisi. Terakhir, strata dunia menjelaskan bagaimana puisi ini membangun sebuah realitas puitis yang khas, di mana perasaan mabuk cinta menjadi sentral. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa setiap strata norma berfungsi secara sinergis untuk menciptakan pengalaman estetis yang mendalam dan kompleks bagi pembaca. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami kedalaman makna dan struktur internal puisi Kekasih di Puncak Mabuk, serta menawarkan wawasan baru tentang penerapan teori Roman Ingarden dalam analisis karya sastra Indonesia kontemporer.
