Abstract

The aim of this PkM activity is to equip teachers with knowledge of the Powtoon application in making animated videos which are used as learning media. This is done because the implementation of learning at MI Ar Raudlah is still monotonous, not using digital-based media. Meanwhile, currently technological developments in the world of education are very rapid. Apart from that, the school's facilities are adequate for the use of digital-based learning media during learning. The system implemented in this activity is in the form of a workshop. The workshop implementation method uses lectures. The result of implementing this PkM is that the workshop ran smoothly and received enthusiasm from the participants, and the participants actively discussed the material presented in the work shop. The conclusion of this PkM activity is that this workshop activity broadens teachers' insight into alternative choices for applications for making animated videos and increases teachers' abilities and creativity in making interesting animated videos as learning media material in the classroom.
